These packages provide flexible options that align with your business goals and level of activity within the CompliShield network. Each package includes a fixed monthly overhead cost, giving you access to our tools, support, and compliance resources according to your selected tier.

Your choice will depend on your experience, client portfolio, and the extent to which you use CompliShield’s services.

The CompliShield Representative Program allows qualified individuals to operate under our regulatory framework while managing their own clients and business activities. Once approved, Representatives choose a package that matches their experience and clientele, giving them access to ongoing compliance oversight, reporting tools, and professional support — all under CompliShield’s FSCA licence.

CompliShield provides full end-to-end support for FSCA licensing in South Africa: from applying for a new FSP license (Category I & II), preparing documents, appointing Key Individuals, to ongoing post-licensing compliance. 

We also assist with setting up your South African presence (office, systems, registrations), and even help source and acquire existing licenses if you prefer that route.
